Gansu Köket

So far my favorite lunch spot in Gothenburg. While the service might not be something to write home about it still works just fine and the food comes out fairly quickly. Speaking about the food they serve you a proper and filling bowl of noodles that both taste great and warms your soul. I've had the beef noodle soup, the black been noodles with beef and shiitake as well as the dumplings and they were all nice. Special shout-out to the beef noodle soup as they also included pieces of tendon with the meat which is a welcome surprise as you don't often see that when ordering Chinese beef noodle soup. The prices was fair and I'll happily pay 119krs for another bowl of beef noodles soup. The atmosphere is alright and it's very nice that they have outdoor seating available. If you're looking for a great lunch spot this should definitely be on the list. + edit I went there recently and asked for no coriander when I ordered my meal and it might've been because of lunch rush but I still got a mountain of coriander.

I don't have much experience with traditional Chinese food but had that place recommended and went there with a chinese friend (who already approved the place). I took only the #1 beef soup. It was really delicious and full of flavors! I also enjoyed a lot the included salad which is apparently traditional which makes a nice change compared to the regular "swedish lunch salads". Overall a very good experience and will definitely try other dishes!
